Processing and mobility
The AG276QZD2 has the well-known Samsung QD-OLED panel. A glossy panel that should not be exposed to direct light in terms of the installation location. This can minimize the perceptible contrast. You also have to deal with reflections in case of doubt. In my opinion, this is not a disadvantage if the panel is positioned so that it is not exposed to direct light during the day. I now use three glossy OLED panels. I have two monitors and a TV in use. Simply mega!
The workmanship of the AG276QZD2 is very successful, and the fact that passive cooling is used means that there are no annoying fan noises. In terms of ergonomics, there are: Height adjustment, swivel, tilt and pivot (portrait format). If you want to use the monitor via VESA mounting, you can do so with the supplied adapter. For the RGB-ists among you, you can look forward to a rear illumination – adjustable, of course.
Connectors, cables and accessories
2x DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC, 2x HDMI 2.0 (144 Hz max.), 1x USB type B upstream, 2x USB type A downstream as well as 1x 3.5 mm audio jack and 2x 5 watt speakers are installed. The AG276QZD2 does not have a USB-C or a KVM switch on board. In the end, the price has to come from somewhere. NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync are available as standard.
The package includes the aforementioned VESA adapter, a DisplayPort, an HDMI cable and the external power supply unit. In my opinion, everything you need is included.
OSD
Some of you may already be familiar with the OSD menu, as I have already presented it to you on the AG326UD. The AG276QZD2 has the same OSD menu, which offers white point control, brightness settings, sniper mode, shadow control etc. in addition to various pre-sets.
Of course, the OLED Care features, which can be activated here (see pictures), are a must. The only thing I have to criticize at this point is the fact that you can’t access the RGB settings in the sRGB or DCI-P3 presets.
Software
AOC offers the option of controlling the OSD via software instead of the joystick. You can download the software free of charge from the homepage: Click here!

With the G-Menu software you can also control other AOC products and e.g. synchronize the RGB lighting. Enough with the theoretical talk, now it’s time to measure.
