We first tested the N1 version here a good six months ago, and now we are continuing with its successor, which is currently only available via a Kickstarter campaign. Even if there is not much to discover, especially from the outside, there are a few upgrades and innovations hidden under the hood.

Packaging and scope of delivery
The packaging design has remained the same, the system is still delivered in a black box without pictures.
And I could almost copy this picture of the inside from the old test report.
But this is where the first differences become apparent:
Because the HuntKey HKA06012050-0A7 power supply now has a multiple socket-friendly design and even though an officially confirmed Unraid license is still included, it is now a “Starter” license from the new subscription model instead of the now known as “Legacy Basic” key from the old model.

At the time of publication, there is no product page directly from the manufacturer, so the Kickstarter campaign mentioned above will have to do, but I can give you an overview of the key technical data:
