Introduction and unboxing
The new height-adjustable “T4 Pro Plus” desk from Maidesite is aimed at users who not only want ergonomic functionality but also a stable and well thought-out design. The frame is based on four columns – a design that inherently provides a higher degree of stability and balance. The height adjustment is electrically operated by two powerful motors and allows a work surface height of around 70 to 118 cm. The powder-coated steel frame, available in black, white or gray, can support up to 240 kg, so even heavy multi-monitor setups or extensive accessories remain stable without any problems. In combination with features such as an RGB touch panel, USB-C charging port, memory function for height positions and a child safety function, the T4 Pro Plus is ideal for both home office and professional use. In addition, the manufacturer grants a ten-year guarantee on the frame and offers a 60-day return policy, an indication that the piece of furniture is designed to impress in the long term.

The T4 Pro Plus uses four elliptically shaped columns that provide a smooth and evenly supported frame. I find that this design is particularly advantageous if you place a lot of equipment on the table or need a high level of stability. The entire steel frame looks solid and is designed for long-term use, as the powder coating is designed to withstand daily wear and tear.
The electric height adjustment is based on two synchronized motors. I can already spoil it by saying that the stroke range has been chosen to be sufficiently large so that both low sitting positions and comfortable standing heights can be achieved. The system works smoothly so that the tabletop moves without any visible inclination. The system is controlled via a touch panel, which also has colored backlighting. Several height positions can be called up directly using the integrated memory function, which saves time in everyday use.
The high load capacity of the stand enables setups with several monitors, heavy work equipment or extensive audio components. Accessories such as large PC housings or studio speakers can also be placed securely. The four-legged design distributes the weight evenly, which means there is less lateral movement than with two-legged models. An additional convenience function is collision protection, which stops the table in the event of resistance. There is also a child safety lock to prevent unintentional use. An integrated reminder for sitting and standing times helps you to improve your working habits. The USB-C port on the control panel is used to power smaller devices directly at the desk.
The manufacturer offers a long warranty period and an extended right of return, which I see as an indication that the desk is designed for long-term use. Thanks to the selection of different color variants, the frame can also be adapted to different room concepts, regardless of whether you use the table in the office, study or gaming area.
Unboxing
Yes, 3 large parcels arrived. The poor DHL driver had a lot to do with the 3 heavy weights, but he was kind enough to deliver them to my front door. The neighbor saw the driver behind and said to me as I followed: ‘You, I think you’re getting a huge delivery. I realized how right he was when I carried the individual packages into the room to unpack them and prepare the components for assembly. The packaging is first class, but as you can imagine, all bulky and heavy. So be it, that’s the way it is. And off we go.
Package 1
First of all, I brought the table top up and prepared it for unpacking. The package looks large, flat and rectangular, and it is made of a sturdy brown cardboard box. The surface shows several signs of transportation, such as slight pressure marks and small scratches, which is normal for a heavy shipping box. The brand name Maidesite is printed vertically on the right-hand side. On the left are two light-colored stickers with technical information and notes on the contents.
Well wrapped, with lots of material and very sturdy corners as well as other protective material, the open package now lay in front of me.
A heavy and stable panel. As you can see, this plate has pre-drilled holes with embedded threads, all of which were clean and well finished. However, I couldn’t use a single one of them for my assembly with the base frame. I was also informed in advance that the plate had to be screwed together manually due to modifications. More on this later.
Package 2
The second package shows a very tightly and precisely padded inner packaging. The individual components of the table frame fit perfectly in a white, shaped foam insert. As a result, everything looks neatly fixed and well protected from knocks. There are several black metal parts in the middle, which are neatly separated and inserted without making contact with each other. On the left is a cable with motor or drive unit, also protected in its own recess. In the lower area, further components are packed in bubble wrap. On the right, an additional layer of folded cardboard is used as lateral protection. The frame is very solid and very heavy.
The middle connecting struts lie securely on top of the first layer in the package.
On the second level, the rest is then revealed as described above. The other parts are also neatly fitted into the foam inserts, separated from each other and additionally provided with protective material. As a result, everything remains stable in its place and is packaged in such a way that nothing can slip or be damaged, even when transporting heavy components. By the way – the ribbed cardboard is so strong that you can hardly dent it. I was once again amazed at how sturdy cardboard can be.
Package 3
A manual with descriptions in various languages and a few pieces of paper showing the individual components are included on top.
The heavy 2nd frame and all accessories could be found here.
Accessories such as screws, control unit, control console or power supply unit and the control pad.
Before we start with the assembly, here are the technical data and features of this table.
